Personal training takes place on a one to one basis in a private & relaxed environment on our one to one Studio Gym*. This enables you to get positive, measurable & realistic results.

At your initial consultation we will discuss your current lifestyle and activity levels along with your expectations of starting a new exercise programme.

At your first training session you will have a fitness assessment, involving a series of simple fitness tests which will determine your current fitness level & not your ability. The results will provide a 'bench mark' for future success.

When we have a baseline, then Healthier UK can create a personalised plan, ensuring you can pursue & achieve your fitness goals.
