Nutrition
and Weight Loss Management involves analysing an individuals
lifestyle/diet and producing a report which compares your
current eating habits to those of "The Balance of Good
Heath".
The
first steps in achieving this, is completing a 7 day self
assessment eating plan, which we supply. This will provide
a record of daily food and drink consumed and will give us
a good overall idea of your current eating patterns and the
types of food you are currently consuming.
At
your first consultation we will go through your past and current
health and diet concerns, including goals which you would
like to achieve. On your return, we will give you an information
pack containing your Food Analysis Report, giving you help,
advice, any lifestyle changes needed to reduce weight and
increase your overall wellbeing.
